Despite its more than 250 years of history, however, the property is thouroughly modern and has been renovated in 2014. Pension Jeske offers 9 non smoking charming accomodations of  between 10 up to 35 squaremeters, each room of unique style, charming with either antique furnishings with historical ambiance, or rather modern with lovely artistic details. Due to the size of the room occupation is possible from 1 to 5 people, whereas the three bigger rooms offering private bath. Guests in the other rooms can use clean, comfortable bathrooms on the floor.

A very short walk ( about 20 meters) from the property to the market place and into the center of the town allows you access to numbers of stores and restaurants before you can start to discover Heidelberg.

The location is ideal with easy access to all sightseeings and to public transportation. Guests will enjoy the close walking distance to all the sights in the Heidelberg Altstadt, as well as to the Heidelberg Mountain Railway
( which is only 150 meters from Pension Jeske) which will bring you up to the famous castle and its huge historical garden.  You can also enjoy the breathtaking view over the city of Heidelberg and the castle during a walk on the „Philosophenweg“. You can reach this suny walk along with Mediterranean climate lying in the middle of „Heiligenberg“ on the other side of the Neckar river, by just crossing the Old Bridge. You can easily reach the next spot, The Zoo of Heidelberg as well as the Botanic Garden of the University by bus, the next bus station is 2-3 minutes walking distance from Pension Jeske.
